 Phoebe E. Oakes, ARNP
Phoebe Oakes is licensed to practice in the states of Florida and Wisconsin. She is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, and has been practicing in Charlotte County for over 3 years. She is both fluent in French and English.
Phoebe was born in Edmundston, New-Brunswick, Canada. She received her bachelor’s of science of nursing from Bellin College of Nursing in Green Bay, Wisconsin. She obtained her Master’s degree from Concordia University Wisconsin. She is board certified by The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. (www.aanp.org).
Phoebe has hospital affiliations at Fawcett Memorial Hospital, Peace River Regional Medical Center, and Desoto Memorial Hospital.
Phoebe continues to expand her education, and is currently working on obtaining her Doctor of Nursing Practice.
Phoebe joined Charlotte Orthopaedic Clinic in May 2009.
In her free time, Phoebe enjoys spending time with her 3 children and their Dalmatian Mandy, and when time permits she loves traveling, skiing, and scuba diving.
