 The primary focus of our practice is general orthopedics. Our patients are cared for using the most current nonoperative
and operative methods. Our surgical specialty is Hip, Knee and Shoulder joint replacement.
Dr. David J. Kaler is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon who has been in practice in Charlotte County for over 25
years. Dr. Jason E. Reiss recently joined the practice after completing his Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction.
Both physicians specialize in hip resurfacing, total hip, knee and shoulder replacement. Our patients will be exposed to
the latest in non-surgical and surgical treatments, including Hip Resurfacing, Minimally Invasive surgical techniques
(MIS), shoulder reconstruction, revision total Hip and Knee joint replacement and dealing with the complications of total
Hip, Knee and Shoulder joint replacement such as loosening, infection, dislocations and fractures.
